  Worst pawn shop I've ever been to. When i take in something to pawn they always say they don't take that item for pawn anymore, but i can have someone else take in the same exact item i just tried to pawn just minutes before, and they accept it from them on a pawn. So I would like to know why they tell me they can't and then turn around and do it for someone else. I have never been able to anything at this place. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I had to give just to post this. Beaulieu Brothers Pawn City is not a place i would recommend going to not even to purchase items when they sell used items at retail price like it's brand new, and never been used.

  I have frequently visited Pawn City to browse and purchase various items. Recently, I purchased a MIDI controller only to discover that some keys were unresponsive when I hooked it up to my computer. The only way to discover this problem was by installing necessary software and testing it myself; I was able to get a full refund for the controller without hassle. There have been several occurrences where they were near closing hours, but assisted me with finding several items despite wanting to go home.

  Bought a new pistol from here, ended up with the wrong magazine. That would normally be a deal breaker but Beau was amazingly helpful, bought the right one and swapped it. Great gun selection, and LOTS of other goodies to look at.
