  It was the go to bank while im in the military, till they limit ur online transactions to 6 now, when i called they they told me to go into the store, and im stationed in Tennessee, and the tellers are really rude lately it seems like im getting my pay later then i use to..

  I've been at this bank for at least 10 years now never had a problem until now they stole over $400 I did not owe any money but we go in to talk to them the staff is rude none of them know what they are doing they look at you like idk what your talking about when you confront them about stealing money this is by far the worst bank possible in Clovis I would not recommend if you want to keep your money but I mean if you want to lose over $400 be my guest but the bank is. It worth the time or money . And will be having a law suit against them .

  I used to love Cannon Federal until recently. The new employees they have are very rude. I haven't been able to log into my account for over a year and every time they say they have reset my info it still won't let me in.

  I'm closing my account with Cannon Federal. I've been with them for 8 years. THe customer service is rude, I deposited money in the ATM and now they are saying I never did. Even though I have the receipts. When I went to take out money, they told me I have to give them a 5 day notice. Well it's my money, you should have it on hand. I only used them for a savings account, because I have my checking at Wells Fargo. I'm moving my savings account to Wells Fargo also.
