  This is the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with!!! I had a package packed and shipped from this store and it only made it about half way to its destination before it went missing. I had to call this store several times with no resolve. I finally called a store at the destination state and I was finally able to get an investigation started. The investigation reveled, yep my package was in fact gone. My refund check would have to come through the Clovis NM store. My package was sent in June and it is now Sep and I still do not have my check. The Clovis store told me it would be sent to a UPS store near where I am staying and I would have the check on Thursday, Aug 28. It is now Sep 2 and no one knows where the check is or if it was even sent. On top of that I cannot tell you how many times the personnel at the Clovis store would tell me they were going to call me right back, but I never have heard back from them. I would wait a few days then I would have to always call them back with STILL with no resolution. I called the corporate office to complain and basically they don’t care either. They sold the franchise and that is all they really care about. I guess they got their check. I will never use UPS again. Stay away from the store!!!

  At first I had my doubts about this store since I had shipped a few things and they either got mismatched to different locations and had broken, on many different occasions. However, I met Heather (their new manager) and inquired about shipping a painting I had done in dedication to three friends killed in a plane crash at Cannon AFB. Of course this painting was huge, and VERY special and was being delivered to one of the fallen families, so I expressed my issues in the past and how I was very nervous to ship it across the country. UPS was my last resort since there wasn't many other options in our town, and I knew UPS would custom package and box my 36"x48" painting. Heather, who knew of the tragedy, was absolutely exceptional and even paid for more than half the bill (if not more) I owed to ship my painting. She went above and beyond to make sure my painting would arrive safe, and by the time it was finished and ready to ship it weighed 20 something pounds and was the most massive package I had ever seen! I felt so reassured it was in the best hands. My painting arrived in PERFECT condition to it's location, and I was so overjoyed and reassured UPS certainly had it together again. As an artist who has to send such delicate items and paintings, I trust this place with my whole heart all because of Heather! I am forever grateful for her professionalism and dedication to shipping mail safe and sound to where it needs to go. Highly recommend! FIVE STARS!

  People have to ship stuff. UPS is well known with good reputation. Otherwise this clovis ups store would have closed long ago, at least with it's current owners, who will pay for their many errors to escape bad reviews, but not bother investing the money or time needed to keep this store running according the expected standards of ups stores nationwide. It's just cheaper for them to slip you some money after they piss you off rather than making sure you were served rightly the first time. Give them a try and see for yourself.

  By a fault with UPS, not this store, I had a package redelivered to me instead of the destination. This store, filed a claim, reshipped my package for free, and provided excellent service. I am so glad they are there..
